Rollick is a racing game played with marbles on tracks made of sand. The game mimics a traditional game played with plastic or wooden marbles on Mediterranean beaches. In the original game, players flick or hit the marbles trying to complete the track in the least numbers of shots. In Rollick, two additional games modes, Point Race and Time Race, are available to increase replay value. In a Point Race, you score points for making long shots or hitting bonuses, but you have to be careful not to exhaust your power supply. In a Time Race, you have to be quick and extra precise in every shot, if you want to finish the race within the specified time limit.
A marble Rollick features twelve different tracks within four worlds: Pirates, Beach, Mechanic and School. Each world provide a different set of obstacles and challenges. The Pirates world is set onto an exotic island with pirate ship wrecks and a cute parrot. In the Beach world, obstacles are objects you can commonly find on any beach: beverage cans, slippers, buckets, etc. The Mechanic world has a more artificial flavor, with wooden and metallic ramps and pipes. After a deserved and exotic holiday, don't be afraid to come back to the School world! Books, rules, squares, pens and even a globe provide perfect building blocks for a Rollick track.
